The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Documentation For The Construction Of An Extension Of Ul. Wyspiańskiego To Al. Witosa With The Necessary Infrastructure, Obtaining A Zrid Decision, And Exercising The Option Of Authors Supervision As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of The Extension Of Ul. Wyspiańskiego To Al. Witosa. And Performing (With Option Rights) Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A. Construction Of A Section Of The Road Wyspiańskiego Along With The Construction Of Drainage And Sidewalk Lighting. Construction Of A Connecting Lane To Al. Witosa, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Infrastructure To The Necessary Extent. Construction Of A Bus Bay (Relocation Of A Conflicting Bay) D. Construction/Reconstruction Of A Pedestrian Road (To The Extent Necessary) E. Construction/Reconstruction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles In The Places Indicated In The Graphic Attachment, In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Under Option Rights, Referred To In The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. Estimated Number - 10 Visits Of The Designer On The Construction Site And 700 Units Of Work (As Above). The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Opz. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Table Of Design Studies (Top). During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Activities Necessary To Provide The Service Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Equivalent Solutions: Where The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Shall Attach A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description Or Standards To The Offer.
