1) Part I Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Crushed Aggregate Of 0-31.5 Mm Fraction For Use During Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Grodziczno Commune In An Amount Of Up To 2,000 Tons, Together With Transport To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party In The Grodziczno Commune And Unloading. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Indicated Place Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Grodziczno Commune On The Network Of Municipal And Internal Roads Using Self-Unloading Vehicles With A Tonnage Of 15T - 26T. The Aggregate (Subject Of The Order) Should Be: • Natural, • Of Mineral Origin - Without The Addition Of Demolition Materials, • Adequate Moisture Enabling Its Compaction And Use For Modernization And Renovation Of Dirt And Gravel Road Surfaces In Accordance With The Requirements For Unbound Mixtures Intended For Use In The Pn-En 13285 Layer, • Requirements For Aggregate For Unbound Mixtures With A Crushing Value Of C 50/30 • Not Subjected To Any Processing Except Mechanical,• Free From Elements Harmful To The Environment (I.E. Asbestos, Ash, Etc.), Crushed Construction Rubble, Waste Materials And Elements Hazardous To Road Users (I.E. Metal, Wire, Etc.)• Aggregate Grading - The Aggregate Grading Curve Should Be Continuous And Cannot Run From The Lower Grain Size Limit Curve To The Upper Grain Size Limit Curve On Adjacent Sieves. The Delivered Subject Of The Order: • Must Be Approved For Circulation And General Or Individual Use. It Must Have All The Necessary Certificates, Approvals And Certificates And Meet All Standards And Technical Approvals, • It Must Have A Declaration Of Compliance With The Pn-En 13242 Standard. The Above Documents Must Be Presented At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. The Minimum Delivery Quantity May Range From 15 Tons To A Maximum Of 200 Tons In One Business Day. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Randomly Weigh Aggregate Deliveries In The Grodziczno Commune. The Order Also Includes Each Weighing Of Aggregate During Loading, From Which The Contractor Will Prepare An Appropriate Document To Submit To The Ordering Party. During The Execution Of Deliveries, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safety Of Road Traffic, Third Parties Within The Delivery Site And For Maintaining Signage, Warning And Safety Devices.
