4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Personal Protective Equipment And Work Clothing And Footwear For Employees Of The Dąbrowa Tarnowska Forest District Until December 31, 2026. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15) Of The Public Procurement Law, Because The Scope Of The Order Constitutes A Unified Whole. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Results From The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Which The Individual Components Are Closely Related To Each Other Due To The Need To Maintain The Uniformity Of The Species Of The Ordered Clothing As Well As The Manufacturing Technique. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Unfavorable Because It Would Pose The Risk Of Excessive Technical And Logistical Difficulties And, Above All, Excessive Costs Of Order Execution - This Applies To The Situation If The Delivery Covered By The Subject Order Was Performed Separately By Different Contractors. The Ordering Party, Fearing The Difficulties Of Coordinating The Activities Of Different Contractors In Carrying Out The Delivery Task, Decided That It Could Only Be Entrusted To One Contractor. 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Approximately 380 Items.
