The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Construction And Executive Documentation For The Modernization Of The Sports Field In Ustroń Nierodzim At Ul. Szeroka, Pgr No. 360/19 As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Sports Field In Ustroń Nierodzim. The Construction And Executive Documentation Should Include The Design Of: A) A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With An Artificial Surface (20/40 M) Intended For Playing Handball, Football, Basketball (2 Fields), Volleyball And Badminton, Along With A Fence, Ball Catches, Lighting And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, B) A Full-Size Grass Pitch With The Necessary Equipment (Goals, Ball Catchers) And Stands For Guests And Hosts, C) A Back-Up Building Consisting Of A Complex Of Locker Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, A Warehouse, A Room For Judges And A Community Center With Kitchen Facilities. The Surroundings Of The Building Should Include Park Benches, Bicycle Racks And Monitoring, D) A Water Playground For Children, With An Area Of From 100 M2 To 200 M2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: - Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, - Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities, - Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions And Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment, Including Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit
