1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel, Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel To Gas Lanterns On Agrykola And F. S. Jezierski Streets And To The Torch At The Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier On Piłsudski Square In The Śródmieście District Of The Capital City. Warsaw. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Contracts Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Deliveries For The Basic Order (Pursuant To Article 305, Point 1 In Connection With Article 214, Paragraph 1, Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law) In An Amount Not Exceeding 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting The Annex To The Swz, Annex No. 1 To The Contract, 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. To The Swz. Note: Pursuant To Art. 31B Section 1-4 Of The Excise Duty Act, The Price Of Gas Fuel Should Be Calculated With The Excise Tax Rate - Exemption From Excise Duty. After Selecting The Offer And Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Submit To The Contractor An Appropriate Declaration On The Intended Use Of Gas Fuel For The Purposes Of Calculating Excise Tax.
