1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Training Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Vocational Courses For Students Of The Construction School Complex Referred By The Ordering Party. This Project Is Implemented Under The Program: European Funds For Małopolska For 2021-2027, Priority 6 European Funds For The Labor Market, Education And Social Inclusion, Measure 6.31 Support For Vocational Education - Zit. 2. The Order Includes Group Training In The Following Courses: Backhoe Loader Operator Class Iii And Sep Up To 1Kv_G1 (Electrical) Operation (E), With The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers (2 Parts), According To The Information Below: 1) Part No. 1: Backhoe Loader Operator  1) Part No. 1: Backhoe Loader Operator  Subject The Order Is To Organize And Conduct 4 Professional Courses For A Class Iii Backhoe Loader Operator With A State Exam. The Participants Of The Course Will Be Students Of Zsb In Zakopane (40 Students In 4 Groups Of About 10 People; +/-2 People; 1 Course = 1 Group). A Single Course (134 Training Hours; 1 Hour = 45 Minutes) Will Be Carried Out On Weekends (Saturday, Sunday After 8-10 Hours). In The Case Of A Training/Vocational Course Lasting More Than 6 Hours A Day, The Contractor Will Provide The Participant With A Place To Eat A Meal, Which The Participant Provides On His Own.  The Course Must Consist Of Theoretical And Practical Classes. Content Of The Course (Before And After The Exam): Theoretical Classes: O Construction, Types And Operation Of Internal Combustion Engines As Well As Hydraulic And Electrical Systems Of Machines. O Technical Documentation, Operating Manuals And Occupational Health And Safety Rules At Work. O Operational Use And Earthworks Technology. Practical Classes: O Preparing The Machine For Work, Operation Of Accessories (Backhoe Loaders). O Independent Work Of The Operator, Digging And Loading Techniques. O Work In Various Field Conditions And Cooperation With Other Machines.  The Course Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of September 20, 2001 On Occupational Health And Safety During The Use Of Machines And Other Technical Equipment For Earthworks, Construction And Road Works (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 583).  The Training Program Must Be Adapted To The Relevant Legal Provisions Or Other Generally Respected Guidelines. In Addition, The Training Program Must Correspond To The Current Scope Necessary To Obtain Appropriate Qualifications.
