Agricultural, Forestry, Horticultural, Aquacultural And Apicultural Services - Management Of Bison Migration In Eastern Poland, Project Number Fepw.02.03-Iw.01- 0003/24 Implemented Under The European Funds For Eastern Poland 2021-2027 Program - Mechanical Removal Of Bushes From Mountain Meadows In The Lutowiska Forest District In 2026.. 3.3 Swz The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To The Mechanical Removal Of Bushes From Mountain Meadows In The Area Administered By The Lutowiska Forest District. The Order Includes: 1) Mechanical Shrub Removal Of Mountain Meadows With A Crushing Milling Machine Mounted On An Agricultural Tractor With A Power Of Over 100 Kw, Along With Stump Milling And Biomass Grinding. 2) Potential Locations Of Bush Removal Sites: - Hulskie Forest: 90A P - 12 Ha, - Tworylczyk Forest: 103 D - 5 Ha, 104 C - 1.5 Ha. Total Approximately: 18.5 Ha 3) The Places Where Bushes Are Removed Are Characterized By Heavy Weeds And Bushes, And In Some Places By Trees. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That These Areas Are Difficult To Access, Mountainous, In Places With A Slope Of More Than 23%. After Completing The Works Covered By The Order, These Areas Must Be Brought To A Condition Enabling Mechanical Mowing And Cultivation Of Hunting Plots. 4) The Scope Of Work Specified In This Document Is Indicative. The Size And Scope Of Work May Change From That Presented In This Description. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Remuneration For The Reduced Size Of Work. It Is Expected That The Location Of The Work Being Performed May Be Changed. 5) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number And Scope Of Work May Be Reduced, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Minimum Guaranteed Level Of Contract Implementation Is 70% Of The Gross Remuneration Amount, Determined In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 3 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Contract. 3.4. Swz General Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Written Orders Submitted By The Representatives Of The Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Clean Up The Remains Of Works Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order From Roads, Surface Division Lines, Ditches, Etc. Objects. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip All Machines, Tractors And Devices Operating On The Areas Of The Lutowiska Forest District With Sets (Sorbents, Sorption Mats, Etc.) With Absorbency Enabling The Absorption Of Spilled Fuel Or Oil And Other Technological Fluids Used In Machines, Tractors And Other Devices, And To Use These Agents In Situations Requiring Use (Breakdowns, Repairs, Refueling, Etc.) - In Order To Prevent Environmental Contamination. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Contract (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer. If Subcontracting Is Not Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor
