Economic Operators Meeting The Requirements Set Out In The Above-Mentioned Eu Regulations, As Further Specified In The Following Sections, Are Invited To Submit A Technical And Financial Offer In Strict Compliance With The Instructions Contained In This Tender Specifications Document (The “Tender Specifications”).
