The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Compulsory Car Insurance Services - Rca For Vehicles Equipped With The I.S.U. Dealul Spirii Bucharest-Ilfov For A Period Of 12 Months, Insurances Necessary To Comply With The Laws In Force Regarding The Movement Of Vehicles On Public Roads. The Provision Of Services Also Includes Issuing Insurance Policies. In Developing The Framework Agreement, It Will Be Taken Into Account That Any Service Will Be Purchased Only On The Basis Of A Subsequent Contract, Signed By The Legal Representatives Of The Parties, Within The Limits Of The Allocated Budget Funds. Bidders May Submit A Detailed Price Offer For Each Make/Type Of Vehicle, As Requested By The Contracting Authority, As Required In The Specifications. In The Situation Where, After Awarding The Framework Agreement, The Allocated Funds Are Below The Estimated Thresholds, The Contracting Authority Does Not Assume The Obligation To Purchase The Services At The Maximum Value (Quantity) Presented In The Procurement Data Sheet. The Framework Agreement, As A Special Way Of Awarding A Public Procurement Contract, Contains Estimated Quantities Of Services That The Contracting Authority Considers It Will Acquire Later, Quantities That Appear At The Level Of The Award Documentation Of That Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Having The Obligation, Subsequently, At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Subsequent Contracts, To Establish The Fixed Quantities That Will Be Purchased Within The Respective Subsequent Contract.
