Prior Information Notice For Public Transport Services By Railways – Selection Of A Carrier For Concluding A Contract For Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport In The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region – Operational Set North. Ensuring Traffic Service By Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport Within The Operating Group North In Part Of The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region In The Sense Of § 3, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers And On The Amendment Of Other Laws, As Amended And To The Extent Stipulated By The Contract. Traffic Services Will Be Provided On Sections Of Railway Lines In The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region And, With The Consent Of The Liberec Region, Also In Its Territory. The Focus Of Performance Will Be On Lines L9 Martinice V Krkonoší – Rokytnice Nad Jizerou, V33 Teplice Nad Metují – Adršpach, V34 Teplice Nad Metují – Trutnov, V42 Trutnov – Vrchlábí, V43 Kunčice Nad Labem – Vrchlábí, V40 Trutnov – Svoboda Nad Úpou And V26 Hronov – Dobruška – Týniště Nad Orlicí. Approximately The Current Range Of Services Will Be Ordered On The Mentioned Lines With A Possible Increase In The Frequency Of Connections, Extension Of The Connection Route Or Addition Of Services (Possibly Also On Connecting Railway Lines), Including Inserted, Booster And Tourist Connections. An Increase In The Number Of Connections Compared To The Current State Is Also Possible Following The Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period, Namely Until The Transfer Of The Affected Transport Services To Other Operating Groups Following The Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure, But For A Maximum Of 15 Years. The Customer Assumes That The Contract Will Last 5 To 10 Years, Taking Into Account The Facts Mentioned In The Previous Sentence. The Assumption Of The Start Of Operation Is From The Date Of The Nationwide Timetable Change In December 2031. The Customer Assumes That The Operation Will Be Provided Mainly By Dmu-Type Units.
