The Mission Entrusted To The Contract Holder Will Mainly Concern The Operation And Maintenance Of The Pem To A Specialized Operator. The Contract Also Provides For The Supply And Installation By The Operator Of Operating Equipment. The Initial Contract Will Come Into Force Upon Signature (End Of 2026) And Will Expire On December 31, 2031 (I.E. Approximately 5 Years) With A First Pre-Operational Phase Of Preparation For Operation And Deployment Of Equipment Then An Operational Phase Of Exploitation (See Aapc Annex)
