Prior Information Notice For Public Transport Services By Railways – Selection Of A Carrier For Concluding A Contract For Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport In The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region – Operational Set Severozápad. Ensuring Traffic Service By Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport Within The Northwest Operating Group In Part Of The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region In The Sense Of § 3, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers And On The Amendment Of Other Laws, As Amended And To The Extent Stipulated By The Contract. Transport Services Will Be Provided On Sections Of Railway Lines In The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region And, With The Consent Of The Liberec, Central Bohemian And Pardubice Regions, Also In Their Territory. The Focus Of Performance Will Be On Lines V22 Choceň – Dobruška, V24 Choceň – Hronov, V25 Choceň – Hronov, V3 Pardubice – Broumov, V30 Starkoč – Broumov, V31 Starkoč – Václavice, V4 Pardubice – Svoboda Nad Úpou, V41 Trutnov – Stará Paka – Kolín, V5+V50 Hradec Králové – Jičín – Turnov – Liberec And V51 Ploužnice – Stará Paka – Chlumec Nad Cidlinou – Městec Králové. Following The Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure Or For Technological Reasons, Transport Services Will Be Transferred From Other Operational Sets. As Part Of This Operating Group, Traffic Services Can Also Be Provided On Lines L9 Martinice V Krkonoší – Rokytnice Nad Jizerou, V33 Teplice Nad Metují – Adršpach, V34 Teplice Nad Metují – Trutnov, V42 Trutnov – Vrchlábí, V43 Kunčice Nad Labem – Vrchlábí, V40 Trutnov – Svoboda Nad Úpou And V26 Hronov – Dobruška – Týniště Nad Eagle. Approximately The Current Range Of Services Will Be Ordered On The Mentioned Lines With A Possible Increase In The Frequency Of Connections, Extension Of The Connection Route Or Addition Of Services (Possibly Also On Connecting Railway Lines), Including Inserted, Booster And Tourist Connections. An Increase In The Number Of Connections Compared To The Current State Is Also Possible Following The Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 15 Years. The Assumption Of The Start Of Operation Is From The Date Of The Nationwide Timetable Change In December 2031. The Customer Assumes That The Operation Will Be Provided Mainly By Dmu-Type Units.
