For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Biochemistry, Biophysics And Biotechnology Of The University Jagiellońskiego, Located In Kraków, Code: 30-387, Ul. Gronostajowa 7. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 3.1 Transport, Insurance, Delivery, Bringing And Installation Of The Apparatus In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party, 3.2 Delivery Of The Control Device (Computer Equipment), Accessories And Reagents Necessary For Its Startup And Immediate Commencement Of Analyzes (So-Called Starter Package) 3.3 Training For At Least Four Employees Of The Ordering Party, In Basic Operation Of The Device, Its Maintenance And Data Analysis, In The Case Of Training Conducted Outside The Installation Site, Together With Covering The Costs Of Participation. 3.4 Launching And Carrying Out Sat Tests, 3.5 Providing The Ordering Party With Acceptance Documentation (Acceptance Protocol, Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions), 3.6 Covering The Subject Of The Order With A Warranty (At Least 36 Months) On The Terms Indicated In The Contract Template (Drafted Contract Provisions), And In The Case Of Accessories - Providing A Manufacturers Warranty And In The Case Of Reagents - Delivery Of Products Suitable For Use, 3.7 Providing Application Support During The Warranty Period, In The Scope Described In The Contract Template (Drafted Contract Provisions), 3.8 The Contractors Declaration On The Availability Of Consumables For The Device For At Least 5 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Order, I.E. Concluding The Contract. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With An Indication Of The Minimum Parameters And Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements Of The Ordered Equipment And The Accessories And Reagent Package Necessary For Its Proper Functioning, As Well As The Scope Of Accompanying Services, Are Included In Annex A To The Swz.
