B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply And Comply With The Standards Of Common Law And Local Law In The Field Of Environmental Protection And To Conduct Selective Collection Of Waste Generated During The Provision Of Services, In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 5 Of The Contract Template. 7) Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship: Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, All Persons Performing The Following Activities: A) Washing Windows, Including Horizontal Blinds, Internal And External Window Sills, B) Washing Skylights, C) Washing Glass Facades, D) Washing Ceramic Facades.
