Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Documentation For The Construction Event Safari Jih – Stage I. 2.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation, To The Extent Specified Below, Where The Resulting Stage Will Be Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Pd) For Planning Permission, Pd For The Award Of A Public Contract For Construction Implementation (Dzs) And Ensuring The Supervision Of The Designer, All Defined Further In This Procurement Documentation And Its Appendices. 2.2. The Subject Of The Project Work Is The Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Construction Of A Wintering Area For Ungulates, Including Backyards And An Area For Catching Animals From The Safari, A Hayloft, Paved Roads Following The Existing Safari Route, Fencing Of The New Part (Fences And Electric Fences), Landscaping, New Tree Planting, Barriers Separating The Part Of The Safari For Rhinos, A Corridor Connecting The Rhino Enclosure With The New Part Of The Safari, Design Of A Water Source-Well, Design Of The Necessary Engineering Network (For More Details, See Attachment No. 3) And A Proposal For Preparatory Measures For The Stage Of Construction Of The Safari Camp And Reception, Which Is Planned Only After The Construction Of This Construction Event Safari Jih - I. Stage Is Completed. The Subject Of The Performance Is Also Cooperation In The Awarding Procedure Of The Public Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Construction Works And Supplies Of Equipment, Cooperation In The Implementation Of The Subject Construction Works And Supplies Of Equipment, And In The Case Of The Implementation Of The Own Construction, The Supervision Of The Designer During Implementation. The Building Will Be Located In Accordance With The Spatial Planning Documentation And The Clients Requirements. 2.3. The Subject Of The Work Is Divided Into The Following Parts: A) Processing Of Project Documentation For Planning Permission, Including The Implementation Of Related Engineering Activities To Obtain A Valid Decision On Planning Permission Within The Scope Of The Project. B) Processing Of Project Documentation For The Award Of A Public Contract For Construction (Dzs), Including Individual Professions And Cooperation In The Selection Of A Supplier, Including A Detailed Itemized List Of Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Measurements - Breakdown Into Individual Items With A Statement Of Measurements. C) Supervision Of The Designer. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Further Specified In Detail, Especially In Appendix No. 2 Of The Call For Tenders – Draft Work Contract. Part Of The Pd Processing Will Be The Provision Of Any Necessary Surveys Beyond The Scope Of The Provided Documents (Including Possible Geodetic Surveying Of The Affected Area Including Technical Infrastructure, Digitalization And Surveying Of Documents, Structural Engineering Survey, Static Survey, Etc.). The Pd Will Also Include The Preparation Of All Necessary Studies Such As Noise Studies, Assessment Of The Effect Of The Operation Of The Equipment On The Surrounding Environment, The Environment And The Provision Of All Necessary Survey Work For The Structural Solution Of The Building, Such As A Radon Survey, Geological Survey Including The Determination Of The Groundwater Level, Etc. The Contractor Will Propose A Solution That Will Be Energy-Saving And Environmentally Friendly, In Particular, During The Processing Of The Documentation
