The Transformer Is Intended For Use In The Substation Of The “Pattensen” And “Grevelau” Wind Farms. The Feed-In Power Is 63 Mw With A Total Of 9 Wind Turbines. The Substation Itself Will Be Awarded In A Separate Tender. The Planned Commissioning Date Of The Substation Is For The 3Rd/4Th. Quarter 2028 Planned. The Design Of The Transformer Corresponds To The Technical Conditions For The Connection And Operation Of Customer Systems To The High-Voltage Network (Tab High Voltage) Of The Energy Supplier Avacon Netz Ag. The 110 Kv Transformer Described Here Is Mounted By The Contractor On A Transformer Foundation To Be Built On Site. This Technical Specification Includes All Services Required For The Design, Calculation, Construction, Procurement, Manufacture, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Requested Transformer. Commissioning Commissioning Takes Place After Consultation In The Presence Of The Client. The 110 Kv Transformer Is Mounted By The Contractor On A Transformer Foundation To Be Built On Site. The Transformer Is Pulled Sideways Onto The Foundation. A Crane Is Not Required For Assembly. Transport To The Installation Site Must Be Included In The Offer. The Equipment For Securing The Transformer To The Casters Is Supplied And Installed By The Transformer Supplier. Auxiliary Or Mounting Rails Must Be Provided By The Transformer Supplier. Connecting Flanges Between The Rails And The Means Of Transport Must Be Provided By The Transformer Supplier. The Hs, Ms And Control Cables Are Laid And Connected On Site. The Documentation Must Be Written In German And Delivered In Two Copies On Paper And Once On Data Storage Media.
