This Call For Tenders Concerns Civil Engineering Services For The Study And Monitoring Of The Construction Of The Infrastructure Of New Roads And Civil Engineering Works. Services Related To Geotechnics, The Environment, Railway Technology (Railway Superstructure, Security Installations, The Contact Line, As Well As Low Voltage Are Not Part Of This Mandate (Except Lc And Is Foundations, And Cable Ducts). However, Services For The Coordination Of All Stakeholders Are Part Of The Mandate And Will Be Described. The Scope Of The Mandate Concerns Phases 31 To 33 With Options On Phase 41 And Phases 51 To 53 Of The Sia 103 For The Track Renovation Project Of The Vaus-Vua Section, From Km 14.683 To Km 16.449 On Line 247. The Option Of Phases 41 And 51 To 53 Can Be Activated Or Not Depending On The Choice Of The Adjudicator
