The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Is The Training Services And Expert Evaluations Of The Central Uusimaa Employment Area. The Object Of Dps Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 2 Service Description. During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Suppliers Can Apply For Participation In The Dps. The Dps Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Interrupted Or Changed While The Dps Is Valid. Procurement Among Suppliers Approved For Dps Is Carried Out Through Dpss Internal Tenders (Mini-Tendering), Which Can Be Scheduled For The Duration Of Dpss Entire Procurement Phase. The Mini Tenders Are Carried Out In The Electronic Tendering System And The Request For Tenders Is Open For At Least 14 Days. The Validity Period Of The Procurement Contract Is Determined Based On The Mini-Competition. The Validity Of The Procurement Contract Can Also Continue After The Expiration Of The Dps, Provided That The Contract Tendered Within The Dps Has Entered Into Force Before The End Of The Dps.
