Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Preparation Of Design, Pre-Design And Project-Related Documentation And Providing Authors Supervision For The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Stargard Railway Station. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In: 1) Development Of Pre-Design, Design-Related And Conservation Documentation, Construction Designs (Land Development Design, Architectural, Construction And Technical Design) And Executive Designs For The Construction Industry, Including Architectural And Construction, Road And Installation In The Field Of Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications And Telecommunications, Together With Accompanying Services, In Order To Implement The Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation), And 2) Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Agreement - For The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Stargard Railway Station. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Template Agreement - Appendix No. 11 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement And In The Opz - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Organize A Site Visit With Its Participation, However, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Checks In Great Detail The Conditions For Performing The Subject Of The Order In The Field. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, Persons Assigned To Perform The Order And Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Order Execution. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That During The Execution Of The Order, The Persons Designated By The Contractor To Carry Out The Order, Listed In Chapter Ix Section 2 Point 4) Letter B) Swz, Communicated With The Ordering Party In Polish Or Through A Polish Translator. In Correspondence Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party, The Polish Language Is Deemed To Be Binding, And In This Case The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Staff Use The Polish Language At An Advanced C1 Level - In Accordance With The Scale Adopted By The Council Of Europe - Cefr Common European Framework Or Through A Polish Translator, While In Correspondence Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party, Polish Language At Least At The Above-Mentioned Level Of Advancement Is Considered Binding. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Providing Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Resulting From The Swz And Undertakes To Comply With The Requirements In Accordance With The Procedure Regarding Health And Safety Requirements For Contractors And Subcontractors Providing Services To Pkp S.A. - Which Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Agreement (In Terms Of Health And Safety Regulations). 9. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 388 Point 2) Letter C) Of The Public Procurement Act, To The Current Contractor, Consisting In The Repetition Of Services Similar To Those In The Basic Order And Consistent With Its Subject Matter. 10. The Total Value Of The Above Orders Will Not Exceed 10% Of The Value Of The Basic Order. 11. The Scope And Conditions For Awarding Similar Contracts Are Specified In Chapter
