It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Development And Maintenance Of An It Solution Between The Municipal Sector And The State (“Cosmos”), Implementation Of A National Municipal Register And Data Migration From An Existing Application (“E-Mint”). The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Develop And Maintain An Application. The It Solution To Be Developed For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs (Maint) Is Called Cosmos. It Includes The Establishment Of The Application Layer And Access Management In A Separate Application, The Establishment Of A National Municipal Register, The Establishment Of A Single Front-Office With Different Structured Forms For The Municipalities, As Well As A Single Back-Office. The Exchange Between Front- And Back-Office Is Based On Standardized And Structured Forms With Common Functionalities, A Limited Number Of End-To-End Workflows And Common Decisions/Statuses, As Well As Standardized Letters.
