The Award Procedure Will Be Completed By Concluding A Contract For The Public Procurement Of Products Between The Winning Bidder And The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timişoara Border Police, And The Contract Will Run For A Period Of 5 Months From The Date Of Its Signature By The Latter Party. 4. The Price Of The Offered Product Will Be Expressed Without Vat In Lei In The Condition Free - Beneficiary. The Price Proposed By Economic Operators Through The Offer Cannot Be Changed During The Duration Of The Contract And Must Include All Expenses (Transportation, Etc.). 5. Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. 6. The Purchase Contributes To The Fulfillment Of The Objectives Of The Romanian Border Police In Order To Ensure The Logistical Support Necessary For The Implementation Of Specific Activities At The Level Of The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timişoara Border Police. The Purchase Of The Products Will Lead To The Efficiency Of The Processes Of Carrying Out The Activities, To The Efficient Use Of Human, Material And Financial Resources, As Well As To The Improvement Of The Quality Of The Results Of The Project Team Within The Contracting Authority. At The Same Time, The Special Vehicles Will Help The Institution To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Safer Climate Within The Romanian-Serbian Border Area Project, Interreg Viii Romania-Serbia Program, Ensuring Compliance With The Mobility And Logistics Requirements Imposed By Technical-Scientific Progress For The Efficiency Of The Activities Necessary To Implement The Project. The Purchase Of These Vehicles Is An Integrated Part Of The Modernization Of The Institutions Infrastructure, Contributing To The Efficiency Of The Inspectorates Activity. 7.
