Fire Vessels – Procurement Of A Fire-Fighting Vessel As Part Of The I. D. Danube Project. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Procurement Of A Firefighting Vessel (Boat For Public Use) In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, The Cost List And The Contract Proposal. The Procurement Of A Firefighting Vessel Includes Designing, Manufacturing And Equipping In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Current Ordinance On Boats, Boats And Yachts And Other Applicable Regulations. If The Technical Specifications Do Not Cover All The Technical Conditions Provided For In The Aforementioned Regulations, The Bidder Undertakes To Fulfill Those Conditions As Well. The Supervision Of The Construction Of The Vessel Should Be Carried Out By The Croatian Register Of Ships, And All Costs Of The Hrb Shall Be Borne By The Bidder. If Something In The Technical Specifications Is Not In Accordance With The Prescribed Rules For The Design And Construction Of The Vessel In Question, Hrb Will Make A Decision Whether The Same Is Applicable To This Item Of Procurement Or Not, And The Bidder Will Comply With It. Before Handing Over The Vessel, The Bidder Undertakes To Obtain All Relevant Certificates And Documents Issued Or Certified By The Croatian Ship Register, And To Carry Out Testing Of The Vessel. The Bidder Undertakes, In The Event Of Concluding The Agreement, To Create A Manual For The Use And Maintenance Of The Vessel.
