The Communication Training Courses Serve To Develop The Skills Of Our Employees (Including Managers) In The Dimensions Of Integration And Cooperation, Customer And Sales Orientation As Well As Goal And Result Orientation. All Communication Takes Place In German. Gender-Appropriate Language Is Important To The Client Both During The Training And In The Training Documents. The Content Of The Training Can Relate To Employees Written Communication (E.G. In Presentations, Reports, Letters, Chats, Emails) And Also Oral Communication (E.G. In Video Conferences, By Telephone, In Person In Consultations, During Presentations). The Focus Can Be On Conversations With Customers, Contractual Partners, Conversations Between Employees And/Or Between Employees And Decision-Makers. 40 Training Days Are Expected Per Contract Year.
