Health Services - Tender Contract In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V Video Consultation In The Clients Digital Insured Services. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Provision Of Access To Outpatient Medical Care Via Video Consultations Within The Clients Digital Application. For This Purpose, A Contract For Special Care In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V Should Be Concluded. As Part Of His Offer, The Contractor Offers An Overall Technical Solution For The Preparation And Technical Implementation Of A Video Consultation For The Insured Persons Who Are Entitled To Use It. The Contractors Offer Consists Of A Preliminary Query Regarding Needs Using Software, A Digital Appointment Arrangement And The Organization And Technical Implementation Of The Video Consultation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Video Consultation Process). The Organization And Involvement Of Contracted Doctors Who Treat Users Remotely As Part Of The Video Consultation Is Also Part Of The Offer. For This Purpose, The Contractor Must Contractually Bind A Sufficient Number Of Contracted Doctors To Carry Out Video Consultations In Accordance With The Service Description (Appendix 1 To Appendix 1 Of The Application Conditions For The Offer Phase). The Video Consultation Is Provided As Part Of The Statutory Health Care And Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Applicable Regulations. Medical Treatment, In Particular Medical Treatment Within The Framework Of Video Consultations, Is Expressly Not Part Of The Services Of The Special Care Offer In This Advertisement. The Medical Treatment Is Provided And Billed By The Contracted Doctors As Part Of The Contracted Medical Care. Regardless Of This, The Contractors Entire Video Consultation Process Must Comply With The Current Legal Requirements For Ensuring The Quality Of Care Of Telemedical Services, Which Arise In Particular From Section 87 2O And Section 365 Paragraph 1 Sgb V As Well As The Requirements From Annexes 31B And 31C To The Bmv-Ä, As Well As The Requirements From Annexes 31B And 31C To The Bmv-Ä Throughout The Entire Contract Term, Unless Otherwise Agreed. As A Contractual Partner In Accordance With Section 140A Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 No. 1 - 8 Sgb V, The Contractor Assumes The Care Contract And, In Particular With Regard To The Integration Of Service Providers, The Function Of A Management Company In Accordance With Section 140A Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 No. 2 Sgb V. The Insured Persons Participation In The Special Care Is Voluntary. The Offer Does Not Exclude The Insured From Personally Consulting With Contracted Doctors Or Using Other Video Service Providers, In Particular Those Providing Contracted Medical Care. If The Client Needs It, There Must Be The Possibility, In Particular, To Supplement And Further Develop The Contractors Video Consultation Process In Order To Expand The Range Of Care And The Needs-Based Control Of Care Paths.
