Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis - Analysis Of Multimodal Freight Terminals In The Republic Of Slovenia. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Preparation Of An Analysis Of Multimodal Freight Terminals (Mmtt) On The Territory Of The Republic Of Slovenia (Rs) In Accordance With Article 36 (3) Of Regulation (Eu) 2024/1679 On Union Guidelines For The Development Of The Trans-European Transport Network (Ten-T); Hereinafter The Ten-T Regulation. According To The Ten-T Regulation, Member States Must Carry Out A Market-Oriented And Forward-Looking Analysis Of Mmtt In Their Territory, Which Must At Least: A) Examine Current And Future Freight Traffic Flows By Mode Of Transport; B) Identify The Existing Mmtt In The Pan-European Transport Network In Its Territory And Assess The Need For New Mmtt Or Additional Transshipment Capacities In Existing Terminals; And C) Analyze How To Ensure An Adequate Distribution Of Mmtt With Adequate Transhipment Capacities To Meet The Needs Referred To In Point (B), Taking Into Account Terminals Located In Border Areas Of Neighboring Member States.
