The Current Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With An Adapted Procedure And Expires On 07/31/2026. This Involves Implementing The Extra-Legal Departmental Teleassistance System For All Elderly People Aged 60 And Over Or For People With Disabilities Regardless Of Their Age, Provided That They Are Not Subject To Income Tax. The Contract Was Awarded In The Form Of An Adapted Procedure Contract In Application Of Articles R. 2123-1 3° And R. 2123-4 To -7 And R. 2131-12 And -14, R. 2162-1 To -6 And R. 2162-7 To -12 Of The Public Procurement Code.
