The Economic And Infrastructure Bank Hessen (Wibank) Acts As An Eu-Accredited Paying Agency For Agricultural Promotion In Hesse. Wibank Is Part Of The Landesbank Hessen – Thuringia (Helaba). Helaba Is Responsible For Providing And Operating The Specialized It Systems Required To Promote Agriculture. Helaba Has Currently Outsourced The It Services For Agricultural Promotion To A General Contractor. The Contract With This General Contractor Ends On December 31, 2026. Therefore, The It Services Are Being Put Out To Tender Again. As Part Of These Tenders, There Is A Change From The Current General Contractor Model To A Multi-Provider Model. The Services Previously Provided Centrally By The General Contractor Will Be Divided Up And Successively Advertised In Competition Across Six Technically Defined Lots. The Agricultural Promotion It Systems Are Based On A Highly Integrated Architecture, Which Requires Technical And Professional Dependencies Between The Six Lots. As Part Of The Transition From A General Contractor To A Multi-Provider Model, It Is Therefore Imperative That The Service Providers Do Not Act In Isolation For Each Lot, But Rather Become Part Of An Integrated It Ecosystem. Only The Services For Lot 6 - It Service Integrator For It Service Providers Of The Hessian Agricultural Promotion Agency Are Affected In This Case. The It Service Integrator Is The Central Authority For The Comprehensive End-To-End Control Of All Service Providers In The New Multi-Provider Model. He Establishes And Controls Comprehensive Itil Processes Such As Incident, Problem, Change And Release Management.
