Refuse Recycling Services – Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 Generated After Preliminary Processing And Shredding Of Large-Size Waste From Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 Generated After The Initial Processing And Shredding Of Large-Sized Waste With Code 20 03 07 At Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid, Legally Required Environmental Decisions For Conducting Activities In The Field Of Processing, Recovery, Disposal Or Collection Of Waste With Code 19 12 12, Issued On The Basis Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) Or An Integrated Permit Taking Into Account The Processing, Recovery, Disposal Or Collection Of Waste With Code 19 12 12, Issued On The Basis Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended), Confirming The Possibility Of Managing The Above-Mentioned Waste In An Amount At Least Equal To This Order. The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587). The Contractor Will Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With Information On The Method Of Waste Management In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Or 2 Of The Waste Act, Including The Process Symbol (R_ Or D_), Name, Address And Number Of The Place Of Business (Bdo) Where The Waste Was Finally Managed, After The End Of Each Calendar Month In Which Its Collection Will Take Place And Within 5 Days After The Last Waste Collection. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be 5,000 Mg, Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 2,000 Mg. Loading Of Waste Code 19 12 12 Generated After Initial Processing And Shredding Of Large-Sized Waste Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Party. Waste Collection Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. /Or Hours Agreed With The Contractor, Previously Agreed By E-Mail Between The Contractor And The Ordering Partys Representative. The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before Waste Collection, Agrees With The Ordering Partys Representative On The Planned Time Of Waste Collection. The Agreement Will Be Confirmed By Sending A Notification Containing: The Time Of Arrival Of The Vehicle, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Trailer, The Transporting Bdo Number And The Business Number Of The Bdo Taking Over The Waste. In The Absence Of Complete Notification Within The Above-Mentioned Deadline, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Release The Waste And To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Loading Of Waste Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Legalized Scales, Located At The Ordering Partys Plant, And Confirmed With A Waste Transfer Card Generated In The Bdo System. These Documents Will Constitute The Sole Basis
