The Aim Of This Call For Tenders Is To Introduce A New, Future-Proof Cafm System In Saas Operation To Sustainably Support Usis Operational And Strategic Facility Management. With The Introduction Of The New Cafm System, The Existing Cafm Functionalities Are To Be Replaced And Usis Fm Processes Are To Be Standardized, Digitized And Made More Transparent. The Focus Is On Ensuring Operator Responsibility, Particularly In The Area Of ​​Maintenance And Servicing. Priority 1 Includes, Among Other Things, The Implementation And Productive Use Of The Function Modules Area & Space As Well As Maintenance Including Maintenance And Fault Management.
