The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Operation Of The Public Bicycle System In The City Of Łomża (Hereinafter Referred To As The System), Including Its Launch And Operation During The Period Of Its Operation, I.E. In The Years 2026 - 2028. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver All Necessary Items And Devices As Well As To Organize, Ongoing Management And Operation Of The System. 2. A Detailed Description And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations, Are Included In The Swz, The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 3. The Order Completion Date Is As Follows: 1) Service Start Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 2) Service Completion Date: April 30, 2029. 3) The Contractor Will Complete The Operation (Launch) Of The System And Its Installation No Earlier Than May 1, 2026. 4) The Deadline For Completing The Operation Of The System Is October 31, 2028.
