Work Detail
Waste And Rubbish Containers And Bins – Containers For The Selective Collection Of Waste. Supply, Assembly And Commissioning Of Containers For The Selective Collection Of Waste Made In The Form Of Buried Selective Collection Platforms Intended For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste On A Maximum Of 4 Fractions For The Directorate Of Infrastructure And Services In Accordance With The Specifications. It Is Desired To Conclude A Framework Agreement For 4 Years (48 Months) With A Single Economic Operator. Estimated Quantities For The Framework Agreement And Subsequent Contracts: The Framework Agreement For The Supply Of A Maximum Of 200 Selective Waste Collection Containers Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years (48 Months). The Minimum Quantity Guaranteed Under This Framework Agreement Is 10 Container Pieces. The Maximum Quantity That Can Be Purchased During The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 200 Container Pieces. Purchases Will Be Made Through The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Within The Limit Of The Established Maximum Quantity. Minimum Quantity Agreement Frame 10 Pcs; Maximum Quantity Frame Agreement 200 Pcs; Quantity Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract 10 Pcs; The Largest Subsequent Contract Quantity Is 50 Pcs; Given The Fact That At The Time Of The Initiation Of This Award Procedure There Is No Predictability Regarding The Financial Availability Necessary For Concluding Subsequent Contracts, The Contracting Authority Will Proceed To Conclude Subsequent Contracts In Correlation With Its Own Financing Capacity From The Local Budget And/Or From Other Legally Constituted Sources. In This Sense, Economic Operators Interested In Participating In This Award Procedure Will Take Into Account The Fact That, According To The Provisions Of Art. 20 Para. (8) Lit. F) From H.G. No. 395/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That The Contracting Authority Initially Establishes In The Award Documentation Related To The Procedure For Awarding A Framework Agreement And, Subsequently, In The Concluded Framework Agreement, Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And By No Means The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, For Which Purpose No Provision In This Specification Will Be Interpreted In The Sense That It Imposes Any Obligation On The Contracting Authority To Proceed With The Purchase Of The Minimum Or Maximum Quantities As They Were Originally Established. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Suspensive Clause, So That The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conclude Subsequent Contracts Only For Those Containers For The Selective Collection Of Waste For Which Funds Have Been Identified And Depending On The Budget Allocated In This Regard.
