A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate The Manufacturer Of The Offered Assortment, And In The Case Of Its Own Product, Enter Own Product In The Offer Form (Annex No. 1 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate The Model, Version, Symbol Or Other Additional Data Enabling Clear Identification Of The Offered Telecommunications Cabinet In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form). Failure To Enter Data In The Dotted Spaces In The Offer Form Or Entering Incomplete Data Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Act - As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order If It Is Not Possible To Determine Them From Any Document Submitted With The Offer Within The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Incomplete Data Data That Has Not Been Specified By The Contractor In The Documents Submitted With The Offer Within The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And Which, When Entered, E.G. In An Internet Search Engine, Will Indicate Two Different Products. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months. The Validity Period Of The Guarantee Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations By The Representatives Of The Parties. Offering A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires That All Costs Related To Warranty Service Be Borne By The Contractor During The Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Offered Product Range Covered By The Subject Of The Order As Part Of Executive Orders Be Delivered Within The Time Specified In The Offer Form. The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Three (3) Contractors Whose Offers Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Act And Will Receive The Highest Number Of Points Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Section Xx Of The Swz. If Fewer Offers Are Submitted That Cannot Be Rejected, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With All Contractors Who Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Act. If One Offer Is Received And Cannot Be Rejected, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor. The Ordering Party Informs That After Concluding The Framework Agreement, It Will Award Partial (Executive) Orders Successively Depending On The Needs And The Obtained Financial Resources For Implementation, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order Specified In The Framework Agreement, Without Conducting A Competitive Procedure Pursuant To Art. 314 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Form Of Cascade Awarding Of Contracts Based O
