Hjørring Varmeforsyning Is To Establish A New Heat Pump System At Hjørring Renseanlæg, Which Utilizes Heat From The Waste Water For District Heating Production. This Earthworks And Smithing Contract Includes Construction Work And The Establishment Of The Transmission Line That Connects The Waste Water Heat Pump At Hjørring Renseanlæg With The Heating Center On Vandværksvej In Hjørring. The Work Involves Coordination With The Other Contractors, Especially In Relation To The Introduction And Placement Of The Transmission Line In The New Heat Pump Building At The Treatment Plant. This Earth And Blacksmith Contract Is Thus A Central Part Of The Overall Project, And The Further Requirements And Specifications For This Contract Appear In Detail In This Tender Material. The Conclusion Of The Agreement Is Conditional On The Board Of Hjørring Varmeforsyning Approving The Project. It Is A Prerequisite For Starting Work On The Transmission Line That Hjørring Varmeforsyning Has Entered Into Agreements With The Affected Landowners Before The Work On Establishing The Transmission Line Can Be Started. If The Conclusion Of The Lot Owner Agreements Drags On, It May Therefore Be Necessary To Postpone The Timetable For Establishing The Transmission Line. With Reference To Article 65 Of The Utilities Directive, It Can Be Stated That The Contract In This Tender Is Not Divided Into (Further) Sub-Contracts, As The Contracting Authority Has Assessed That, In View Of The Characteristics Of The Task, As Well As The Financial, Responsibility And Execution Conditions, It Is Most Appropriately Resolved In One Contract. No Remuneration Is Provided For Participation In This Tender.
