University Of Helsinki Real Estate Services Oy Tenders A Framework Contract For The Cleaning And Adjustment Of Ventilation Systems To Be Used By The University Of Helsinki Group (University Of Helsinki, University Of Helsinki Properties Oy, University Of Helsinki Funds, University Of Helsinki Real Estate Services Oy, And The Real Estate And Associated Companies Owned By Them). In The Framework Arrangement, Three (3) Contract Suppliers Are Selected On The Basis Of Overall Economic Efficiency. The Customer Selects The Contract Supplier For Each Job Separately. Agreements With The Same Content Are Drawn Up For The University Of Helsinki (Appendix_1) And The University Of Helsinkis Real Estate Services Oy. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Cleaning Work On The Ventilation Systems Of Buildings Under The Maintenance Responsibility Of The University Of Helsinki. The Work Is Mainly Cleaning Of Ductwork (Including Grease Ducts), Ductwork Components, Ventilation Machines And Terminal Equipment. In Addition, The Work May Include Measuring And Adjusting The Ventilation Systems Performed In Connection With The Cleaning, As Well As Mapping The Needs Of The Measures. The University Of Helsinki Has A Total Of Approximately 500,000 M2 Of Apartments At Its Disposal, For Which Works Referred To In This Call For Tenders Are Commissioned Annually. About 95% Of The Farms Are Located In The Capital Region, But Also In Mäntsälä, Hyytiälä (Juupajoki), Tvärminne (Hanko), Lammi And Kilpisjärvi. This Purchase Does Not Apply To The Kilpisjärvi Site. The Spaces Subject To Competition Consist Of Special Spaces, Laboratories, Teaching Spaces And Office Spaces. Some Properties Also Have Professional Kitchens. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Include Ventilation Cleaning And Adjustment Work Performed In Connection With Construction Projects And Projects, Nor Extensive Renovation And New Construction Projects Carried Out On A Project-By-Project Basis (Tendered Separately). The Cleaning And Adjustment Work To Be Carried Out In Each Location Is Agreed Upon Before Starting The Work And Includes Measures, Inspections And Documentation In Accordance With Points 3 And 4 Of The Construction Information Foundations Instruction Card Lvi 03-10429 (Preparation Of Work Description, Cleaning And Adjustment Of Ventilation Systems). The Work Is Partly Seasonal And Most Of The Work Is Done In The Summer And Autumn Seasons. The Characteristic Of Commissioned Works Is That They Operate In Buildings Where There Is Activity. The Work Can Range From A Few Hours To Project-Based Work. Any Repair Work To Be Carried Out In Connection With The Cleaning Work Will Be Agreed Separately Before Starting The Work.
