The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Telephone Reception Services On Behalf Of And In The Premises Of The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine. The Services Entrusted To The Holder Are Intended To Ensure, For Users Of The Department, A First Level And, Where Applicable, An Extended Level Of Telephone Reception, In Compliance With The Procedures And Terms Defined By The Department. First-Level Telephone Reception Includes Handling Incoming Calls, Identifying The Reason For The Call, Providing General Information From The Documentary Base Made Available, As Well As Directing Requests To The Competent Services. In This Context, The Expected Services Include In Particular: - Support For 1St Level Telephone Reception, Primarily On The Departments General Reception Platform, And, Where Applicable, In Other Services Requiring Telephone Reception; - Consultation And Use Of A Documentary Base Made Up Of Contact Files And Thematic Knowledge Sheets, With A View To Providing Users With Answers Relating To The Services Provided By The Department Or Directing Them To The Competent Services; - Recording And Monitoring Telephone Requests In The Grc Reception Management Tool (Crm Microsoft Dynamics) Including The Traceability Of Exchanges And The Transmission Of Useful Information To The Operational Departments Concerned; - Possibly Consult Certain Business Applications (Example: Solis, Etc.) To Check The Information Given By Users And The Updating Of Their Files
