Home-Help Services – Community Provision Of Comprehensive Care As Well As Personal Care And Practical Help. Dragør Municipality And Tårnby Municipality Carry Out The Tender Jointly. The Offer Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Care In Accordance With The Elderly Act, Cf. Æl §§ 5, 9, 10, 11 And 16. It Includes Help And Support For Personal Care, Necessary Practical Tasks, Relief At Home And Rehabilitation Of Physical Impairment Caused By Illness, Which Is Not Treated In Connection With Hospitalization. In Addition, The Tender Includes The Provision Of Help And Support For Necessary Practical Tasks And Help And Support For Personal Care For Citizens Under The State Pension Age, Cf. Sel § 83. The Efforts Are Delivered With A Focus On Prevention And Rehabilitation In Close Collaboration With The Municipalitys Therapists. Assigned Nursing Interventions According To Section 138 Of The Health Act Are Also Covered By The Tender. In Addition, The Offer Includes A Mandatory Option For General Nursing Care, Which – In Line With Changes In The Health Act – Is Expected To Be Provided Later As Part Of Comprehensive Care. The Requirements For The Services Are Described In More Detail In The Municipalities Requirement Specifications, Which Are Attached As An Appendix. Contract Terms Are Stipulated In The Contracts Of The Tender Documents And In The Other Annexes To The Contracts. There Is One Winner Of The Contract In Both Municipalities. However, The Municipalities Enter Into Separate And Individual Contracts With The Winning Tenderer, But On The Basis Of The Same Draft Contract. The Professional Requirements For The Delivery Of The Services Covered By The Contract Are Determined By Each Municipality And Therefore Municipality-Specific Annexes Have Been Attached To The Contract As Far As These Parts Are Concerned. As The Citizens Have A Free Choice Between The Private Supplier And The Municipal Supplier, The Extent Of Services Provided Under The Contract Partly Depends On How Many Citizens Are Entitled To A Visit For Holistic Care Or Practical And Personal Help Etc., And Partly On The Citizens Specific Choice Of Supplier. The Ordering Party Is Thus Not Obliged To Purchase A Certain Amount Of Services And The Private Supplier Is Not Guaranteed A Certain Turnover During The Contract Period. The Number Of Citizens And Hours Depends On Several Factors, Including The Demographic Development, Visitation Criteria And How Many Citizens Choose The Private Supplier.
