It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Support In The Management Of The Edition, Publication And Update Of Services And Procedures At The Electronic Headquarters Of The Community Of Madrid. The Purpose Of The Contract Consists Of Carrying Out The Necessary Tasks For The Editing, Publication, Updating, Maintenance Of Quality And Treatment Of Web Content Related To The Services And Procedures Made Available To Citizens In The Electronic Headquarters Of The Community Of Madrid, In Accordance With The Powers Attributed To The General Directorate Of Digital Strategy (Dged) By Decree 261/2023, Of November 29, And With The Provisions Of Decree 127/2022, Of December 7, In Matters Of Electronic Services And The Commission For Drafting, Coordination And Monitoring Of The Institutional Portal. The Contract Does Not Entail Any Transfer, Delegation Or Impairment Of Powers: Decisions On The Content, Its Approval And Prioritization Correspond In Any Case To The Dged/General Subdirectorate Of Electronic Administration (Sgae). The Assignment Is Material In Nature And Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Instructions Issued By The Dged/Sgae. The Services That Make Up The Object Are Defined In A Clear And Verifiable Manner In The Following Blocks: A. Operational Management Of Content In The Electronic Headquarters (Editing, Publication And Updating). B. Continuous Quality Improvement, Operational Supervision And Daily Coordination. C. Recording And Processing Of Data And Associated Information. The Work To Be Carried Out Will Comply With The Specifications Included In The Technical Prescription Document That Governs This Contract.
