The Lands Proposed For The Restoration Of The Forest Habitat Are Located On The Territorial-Administrative Range Of The Șaru Dornei Commune In Suceava County. The Ecological Reconstruction Of Habitat 9410 Through Afforestation Will Be Carried Out With The Species Characteristic Of The Targeted Habitat Type 9410 Acidophilic Forests With Picea Abies From The Mountain Region (Vaccinio – Piceetea), Respectively: 80% Spruce And 20% Mountain Ash. The Work Stages For Ecological Reconstruction Are: ● Ensuring The Forest Material To Be Planted At The Planting Sites: For The Establishment Of Plantations And For Additions; ● Land And Soil Preparation; ● Planting; ● Plantation Maintenance Works (3 Maintenance Works); ● Plantation Completion Works (2 Completion Works); ● Location Of The Inventory Network And Carrying Out Annual Control Of The Plantations. In Addition To The Ecological Reconstruction Works Of The Forest Habitat, The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Monitor The Effectiveness Of The Active Measures, Which Will Allow The Quantification Of The Effect Of The Application Of These Measures On The State Of Conservation Of The Targeted Habitat. In Order To Monitor The Effectiveness Of The Ecological Reconstruction Works Of The Forest Habitat 9410, The Results Will Be Periodically Evaluated Through A Monitoring System, By Comparison With The Reference State (Before The Intervention - For The First Year), Historical Images Of The Site (Maps, Aerial Photographs), Through Intervention Strategies For The Correction During The Implementation Of The Unwanted Effects.
