Architectural And Related Services – Dison - Urban Revitalization – Resumption Of Mission - Designation Of A Team Of Project Authors For A Partial Mission. The Municipality Of Dison Intends To Redevelop Several Plots Constituting A Space Of Approximately 6050 M² Formerly Occupied By Economic Activities And Located In The Heart Of The City. She Wants To Develop A Quality Public Space There, Allowing A Pedestrian And Cycle Connection With The Upper Part Of The City. This Project Will Provide The City Center And More Particularly Rue Albert Premier With Ventilation Space Towards The Hillsides. Partial Mission The Contract Consists Of The Appointment Of A Team Of Project Authors Responsible For An Urban Planning Mission As Part Of The Finalization Of A Study Already Carried Out For A New Public Space In Dison And The Monitoring Of The Work Linked To The Creation Of This Space. This Mission Includes Demolitions, Sanitation Of Buildings And Garages On The Site And Integration Of The Sanitation Project (A Copy Is Available In The Appendix), Necessary For The Development Of The New Spaces. The Project Consists Of The Development Of A Landscaped Park Which Will Include Car And Bicycle Parking, An Urban Elevator Allowing A Connection Between The Lower And Upper Parts Of The City. The Park Will Provide A Quality Space For Local Residents, It Will Offer Walking Areas, Play Areas, Sports Areas, A Pétanque Court, Etc. A Quality Outdoor Space For Everyone. The Site Is The Subject Of Several Subsidy Programs Which Will Allow Its Complete Development. More Precisely, The Design Is Not Expected For This Mission, A Project At The Permitted Stage Already Exists. The Mission Consists Of Resuming The Mission At The Project Stage And Developing The Works Contract File Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Permit Currently Under Review. To Be Able To Continue Its Project, The Municipality Is Obliged To Relaunch Its Service Market Given That The Amounts Planned In The Basic Contract Have Been Reached.
