The Client (Ijssel-Vecht Region) Completed A Tender Procedure In 2022-2023 And Contracted Seven Providers For Sheltered Housing. During The First Term Of The Agreement, From July 1, 2023 To The Present, It Has Been Noted That The Healthcare Landscape Is Not Sufficiently Covered. It Has Therefore Been Decided To Expand The Care Landscape For Sheltered Housing In The Ijssel-Vecht Region Through An Abbreviated Tender Procedure, In Accordance With Paragraph 4.4 Of The Descriptive Document V1.2 From 2022-2023. The Planned Commencement Date Of The New Framework Agreement To Be Concluded Is July 1, 2026, Following The Current Framework Agreement. During The First Term Of The Agreement, From July 1, 2023 To The Present, It Has Been Noted That The Healthcare Landscape Is Not Sufficiently Covered. We See A Quantitative Capacity Shortage; There Are Now 219 Residents On The Sheltered Housing Waiting List (Reference Date January 2026).
