Tenders are invited for Midterm Evaluation of the project titled "Strengthening Leprosy Elimination Services Delivery, Prevention, and Control Activities in Selected Counties of South Sudan" The mid-term evaluation will cover the project implementation period from October 2023 to December 2025. It will focus on the performance of the project in delivering its intended outcomes. It needs to be designed to address objectives and is aligned with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC) evaluation criteria (OECD DAC), such as Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Coherence, Impact, and Sustainability, and the specific context of leprosy elimination services in South Sudan. Time Scope The - evaluation will assess project performance over the last 27 months (October 2023 December 2025) to capture project progress, challenges, and lessons learned that will inform future project designs.
