Tenders are invited for Expansion MRC M0.18b Maastricht UAC Technical subject matter: This call for tenders concerns the provision all required design, engineering, supply, construction, installation and commissioning of all activities and work related to the update of the datacenter infrastructure in room MO.18b at EUROCONTROL Maastricht UAC (MUAC) premises. Main selection and assessment criteria: TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA Pass/Fail Criteria The Tenderer shall be ISO 9001 certified and/or European quality standard EN 29001 certified and shall commit to extend or renew this certification in case the current certification expires in the course of the execution of the contract. The Tenderer shall be NEN 1010, NEN 3140 and NEN 14001 certified. The Project Manager and Supervisor(s) of the Tenderer (Contactor and subcontractors) shall be at least VCA-VOL (Safety for Operational Super-visors VCA) certified. The work force of Contractor and subcontractors assigned to the execution of this contract shall be at least B-VCA (Basic safety) certified. The (sub)-Contractor shall be Legrand certified installation partner. The (sub)-Contractor shall be Leviton certified installation partner. The Tenderer shall have a CAR-insurance cover for the complete work. Site visit attended. Nomination of a Low Voltage Expert according the NEN 3140. Overview of subcontractors and subcontracted activities. The Tenderer shall provide General Tender information. The Tenderer shall provide a clear general work plan including a timetable for the execution of the works, including how to perform demolition work and how to perform protection activities of the floor, he walls and the active CCC1 and CCC 2, including the right and clean cooling circumstances for the active systems in the racks in MCR M0.18b. Detailed breakdown of the deliverables without prices to be submitted with the technical offer. Detailed open calculations including prices submitted, including for works/installations performed by sub-contractors, to be submitted with the financial offer.
