Expression of Interest for External Evaluation of the Health Portfolio in Palestine. . Conduct an External Evaluation of the Health Sector Initiatives Funded and Managed by Aics in Palestine between 2016 and 2026, under the Programme: Ring Integrated Strengthening of the Palestinian Health System (Aid 011229). The Evaluation will Provide an Independent, Evidence-Based Assessment of the Selected Initiatives, Guided by Oecd-Dac Criteria, with a Focus on Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, Sustainability and Cross-Cutting Issues.
