Expression of Interest for Provision of Security Services Date Added: February 27, 2026 Deadline: 27/03/2026 Category: Security Services & Gadgets 4.0 COLLECTION OF FINANCIAL BIDS DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement, Federal Teaching Hospital, Lokoja, between the official working hours (8am 3:59pm) daily upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of 40,000.00. Payment should be made to Federal Medical Centre, Lokojas Remita account. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF EOI AND FINANCIAL BIDS DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders/firms are to submit two (2) hard copies (original & photocopy) of the EOI and Financial bids documents in two separate sealed envelopes. Each of envelopes must be labelled as EOI or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to: The Chief Medical Director Federal Teaching Hospital, Lokoja, Kogi State. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. It must be registered in the Procurement Unit before dropping it in the Tender Box at the entrance of the Board room, located in the Annex Administrative block of Federal Teaching Hospital, Lokoja from Monday to Friday during official working hours (8am3:59pm) and not later than: 12.00 noon, Friday 27th March, 2026. Note that the Federal Teaching Hospital Lokoja, will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bid. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The EOI will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the Boardroom located in the Annex Administrative Block at 12 noon, Friday 27th March, 2026 at Federal Teaching Hospital, No. 1 Salihu Ibrahim Way Lokoja, Kogi State, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
