Expression of Interest for Skillup Outreach and Facilitation Country Advisory and Economics Department of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group (WBG), aims to support Croatian Ministry of Economy (MINGO) in their efforts to support the Croatian private sector. As part of the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience (NPRR), Croatian authorities have defined comprehensive reform package that will trigger the needed growth, including measures to support managerial capabilities within SMEs. The project aims to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of Croatian enterprises by promoting the adoption of modern business practices. The project is implemented in two phases: · Phase I SkillUp Bootcamp: a five-week training program designed to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with practical skills and knowledge. Week one focuses on the application of Artificial Intelligence solutions for SMEs. Week two includes leadership skills development with a two-day offsite. Weeks three and four provide sector-specific training tailored to participating SMEs industries. Week five addresses sustainability, governance, marketing, and financing. A shorter program was created to focus on leadership skills and marketing, called Mini SkillUp (the 2-day offsite as defined in the Bootcamp). · Phase II SkillUp Club: an exclusive, invitation-only initiative for SMEs that completed Phase I and demonstrated the greatest growth potential, offering advanced resources, networking, and targeted capacity building activities. IFC intends to engage a logistics support firm (hereinafter referred to as the Consultant) to ensure smooth coordination, delivery, and facilitation of all SkillUp activities scheduled in 2026. These include Bootcamp cohorts, Mini SkillUp, SkillUp Club masterclasses, annual offsite events, and SME outreach and communication. The Consultant will provide comprehensive logistical support covering participant communication, technical setup, session animation, attendance monitoring, outreach coordination, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong engagement throughout.
