Iv. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of Software For The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Comprehensive Software For The Municipal And Commune Complex Of Primary Care Facilities In Ścinawa. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery And Implementation Of The Outpatient System To Operate The Outpatient Clinic, Together With Indefinite, One-Time Paid Licenses For The Use Of The System That Meets The Functional And Non-Functional Requirements Specified In The Order Terms And Conditions. 2) Delivery Of The Database Engine Based On Which The Above-Mentioned Application Software Is To Operate, Together With The Necessary Number Of Licenses To Operate The Above-Mentioned Software On The Server Provided As Part Of The Order. 3) Installation, Implementation, Configuration And Launch Of The Above-Mentioned Software Application On The Supplied Computer Hardware.4) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Use Of The Application Software And Additionally For Administrators In The Field Of Database Software And Server Operating Systems.5) Transfer Of Data From The Software Currently Used By The Ordering Party.6) Delivery Of Computer Hardware And System Software In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.7) Delivery And Installation Of A Queuing System Along With Integration With The Medical System.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Opz).
