We Have The Following Objective For The Tender: The Legitimate Purchase Of Various Playground Equipment For The (Re)Design Of Playgrounds Within The Municipality Of Schiedam. Within This Tender, A Decision Has Been Made To Contract Multiple Suppliers. The Aim Of This Is To Ensure Continuity And Flexibility In Implementation. A Framework Agreement With A Minimum Of Four Suppliers Will Be The Contract Form For This Tender With A Maximum Of Seven (7) Suppliers. In Concrete Terms, This Means The Following: If The Number Of Suitable Tenders Is Equal To Or Lower Than The Established Maximum, All Suitable Tenderers Can Be Contracted; If The Number Of Suitable Tenders Is Higher Than The Maximum, The Highest Ranked Tenderers Up To The Maximum Number Of Seven (7) Will Be Contracted; If Fewer Than The Minimum Number Of Suitable Tenders Are Received, Additional Negotiations Can Be Conducted With One Or More Suppliers To Still Achieve The Minimum Number Of Four Contract Partners, Within The Applicable Procurement Law Frameworks.
