The Aim Of This Is To Have An Up-To-Date Overview Of The Current Situation And To Provide Insight Into The Impact Of Change Tasks And To Translate These Into Frameworks And Advice For The Implementation Of These Changes. The Enterprise Architecture Consists Of Principles And Models That Describe The (Architectural) Design Choices At An Organization-Wide Level That Guide The Design Of Business Processes, Information Flows And Applications, Among Other Things. A Domain And Theme Architecture Consists Of Principles And Models That Describe Design Choices Related To A Specific Sub-Area Within The Organization. This Can Be Thematic Or Domain-Oriented. The Municipality Of Breda Has Three Business Domains: - Social Economic Domain (Sed); - Spatial Economic Domain (Red); - Operations And Services (Bvd). The Domain And Theme Architectures Conform To The Enterprise Architecture And Further Develop Design Choices From It To A Level Of Detail That Is Sufficient For The Domain In Question. The Project Architecture Describes The Architectural Design And Impact Of A Proposed Project. The Municipality Of Breda Follows The Municipal Reference Architecture Gemma (Municipal Model Architecture) As Much As Possible. The Power Users Are Seven (7) Architects With Full Editing Rights. In The Municipality Of Breda, The Configuration Management Database (Cmdb) In Topdesk Is The Source Registration For Application Components, Servers, Databases, Network Components, Etc. There Are Currently Approximately 400 Applications Included In The Cmbd. This Number Will Double In The Near Future, Because There Will Be Separate Cards For Acceptance Environments And Production Environments. Be Able To Update The Gemma Reference Architecture Without Impacting The Production Environment; 8. Create The Opportunity To Develop Towards A More Data-Driven Architecture Function; 9. The Ict Performance Concerns A Cloud Application. 10. Establishing A Partnership With The Supplier That Goes Beyond Just Software Delivery. This Includes Help With Optimal Use Of Our Software And Influence Options Through User Groups.
