The Assignment Includes The Civil Engineering Work (Construction Of Public Space) Around The Kappa, Omega, Zirro And Schouls Building Blocks (Together Accounting For 1,000 Apartments). These Building Blocks Will Be Delivered In Phases By The Developers, After Which The Associated Public Space Will Be Designed. The Work Includes: •Construction Of A Separate Sewer System; •Construction Of Wadis, Including Drainage Facilities; •Realization Of New Waterways Incl. Connecting By Means Of Divers; •Construction Of Above-Ground Infrastructure, Including Sidewalks, Roadways, Loading And Unloading Zones, Parking Spaces (Including Braided Structures) And Bicycle Parking Spaces. •Construction And Preparation Of Green Areas, Including Soil Improvement, Preparation For Planting Trees, Shrubs, Bank Planting And The Design Of Green Areas. •Realization Of Accommodation Facilities. •Coordination Of Deliveries To Third Parties And Specialty Objects.
