The work comprises comprehensive documentation, rehabilitation, strengthening, upgrading, and refurbishment of the existing Old Custom House building to restore its structural integrity, improve functional efficiency, enhance safety standards, and upgrade building services. 1. Structural Strengthening 2. Architectural Improvement & Functional Upgradation 3. Electrical Works Improvement & Functional Upgradation 4. Plumbing Works Improvement & Functional Upgradation 5. Fire Fighting & Fire Safety Works 6. Roof Repair works and Waterproofing. 7. Repair/ Rehabilitation/ Refurbishment of Furniture 8. Repair of Air Conditioning (AC) 9. Miscellaneous other allied works 10. Preparation of Shop drawings including 3d views and as-built drawings.
